- Same technician every time. The one who knows your equipment catches the problem before it gets expensive.
- We measure and we write it down. Every visit leaves a written free chlorine, pH and alkalinity reading. Without a log there's no way to know whether the service is working.
- A photo at every visit. If your property is rented or you live abroad, you see the result without being there.
- Honest equipment diagnosis. If repair makes sense, we say so. If it no longer pays, we say that too.
- The guarantee is real. If the water isn't crystal clear, that visit isn't charged. No fine print.
Who we serve
Our clients fall into four profiles with different needs: resident owners in town, foreign owners with a house managed remotely, vacation rental property managers, and small hospitality with health obligations. Each gets a different service format: the resident cares about price and consistency; the remote owner about the photo; the property manager about check-in coordination; the hotelier about the log.

Are you insured and do you invoice?
Yes, we issue invoices with itemized VAT and work with a simple month-to-month agreement. For condos and hotels we provide the documentation the building management or Civil Protection asks for.
Do you speak English?
Yes. A good share of our clients are foreign owners and vacation rental managers, and we provide service and reports in both Spanish and English.
