How often does my pool in Tulum need service?

What does weekly maintenance include?
Surface and floor cleaning, wall brushing, emptying baskets and skimmer, full chemical balance (chlorine, pH, alkalinity), pump and filter check, and a photo report.
Do you service rental and Airbnb pools?
Yes, it's our specialty. We coordinate service before each check-in so the pool is crystal clear when your guests arrive.
Can a pool that's already green be recovered?
Yes. We do a deep clean with shock treatment and continuous filtering until it's crystal clear, usually in 2 to 4 days depending on its condition.
Do you charge for the visit if it doesn't come out right?
No. If the water isn't crystal clear we don't charge for that visit. That's our guarantee.
