Condos with common pools around the marina, golf villas and homes of permanent residents. $1,500 MXN/month.
A planned development with a marina, golf course, private security and a mix of vacation condos and permanent residences.
Puerto Aventuras is a gated community with marina canals, and ambient humidity is extremely high year-round. That makes evaporation lower than in Tulum town but biological growth higher: more biofilm in the piping, more algae in shaded areas and more pressure on filtration.
Being a gated community, supplier access is regulated and many Tulum services simply don't come up. The owner ends up hiring whoever is already inside, technically capable or not. We handle the access process and keep a fixed route, which is the only way to provide serious service 55 km out.
Our clients in Puerto Aventuras are mostly condo managements, full-time residents and formal vacation rentals, with condos with common pools around the marina, golf villas and homes of permanent residents. Our technician arrives on the fixed day you agree on, with equipment and chemicals included, and leaves a photo report with readings after every visit.
Puerto Aventuras is 55 km north of Tulum, a gated community with a marina. We also serve Akumal, Bahía Príncipe, Chemuyil, Soliman Bay.

Yes, on a fixed northern corridor route that includes Akumal, Bahía Príncipe and Puerto Aventuras on the same day. We arrange community access with the management and provide weekly service with no distance surcharge if your property falls on the route day.
It's algae attached in shaded, low-circulation zones, very common in Puerto Aventuras because of the high humidity. The chlorine in the water doesn't kill it because it's protected by biofilm. It comes off with vigorous mechanical brushing plus a specific algaecide, and it's prevented by redirecting the return so it moves water in those corners.
No. If the water isn't crystal clear we don't charge for that visit. That's our guarantee.
