Yes, and it's a design fix, not a chemical one. You calculate the filtration cycle against the hours of power actually available, set the chlorine residual to survive the gap, and for long outages use a stabilizer so the sun doesn't burn the chlorine off so fast. We assess it on site.
Yes. We do a deep clean with shock treatment and continuous filtering until it's crystal clear, usually in 2 to 4 days depending on its condition.
