Selvazama preserved jungle mass inside the development itself, so the common pools receive leaves and pollen even in a built-up area. And being large, shallow bodies of water, they heat up considerably: above 30 °C chlorine burns off at nearly double the rate.
With shared amenities the problem is diffused responsibility: nobody owns the pool, so nobody notices the problem until the water has already changed colour. With building managements we work with a written weekly report, so there's a record of who measured what and when.

Yes. For shared amenities we provide service under a monthly agreement, with a readings log and a photo report per body of water. If the development has several pools, pricing is quoted on total volume and all of them are serviced the same day.
It's expected in large, shallow pools like those in this kind of development. Above 30 °C chlorine degrades much faster and algae grow better. The solution is a higher chlorine residual, properly dosed stabilizer and filtration during the sunniest hours, not only overnight.
Yes. We do a deep clean with shock treatment and continuous filtering until it's crystal clear, usually in 2 to 4 days depending on its condition.
