Rooftop pools in Aldea Zamá lose water to evaporation far faster than a ground-level pool: direct sun all day, little shade and small volumes. An 8 m³ plunge pool can lose 3 cm of water a day in May, and with every centimetre the lime concentrates and the pH climbs.
The typical problem here isn't dirt: it's turnover. A shared pool serving 12 units takes a daily load of sunscreen and insect repellent, and that burns chlorine at a rate biweekly maintenance simply can't cover.

Yes, it's a good part of our work in the area. Rooftop plunge pools need more frequent chemical adjustment because the volume is small and direct sun evaporates water and chlorine fast. At low volumes of 6 to 12 m³ we recommend a fixed weekly visit, never biweekly.
Yes. We work with building managers and owners' committees. For shared pools with high guest turnover we adjust frequency to occupancy and deliver a report with chlorine and pH readings for the management's records.
In the Caribbean climate a weekly visit is the right cadence. The heat burns off chlorine and the jungle dirties the water fast; without weekly maintenance a pool turns green in a matter of days.
