The Bahía Príncipe residential area sits on cleared jungle terrain beside the sea, so the pools receive leaves and pollen from the neighbouring bush plus marine aerosol. It's a combination that raises phosphate quickly, and phosphate is direct food for algae.
When a pool in this area turns green repeatedly, the problem is almost always high phosphate, not a chlorine shortage. You can add chlorine every week and the pool greens again, because the algae have plenty to eat. Measuring and lowering phosphate breaks the cycle for good.

Most likely high phosphate. In areas with jungle around like Bahía Príncipe, leaves and pollen contribute phosphate to the water, and phosphate is algae food. With high phosphate you can chlorinate endlessly and the algae come back. We measure phosphate, apply a specific remover and from then on normal chlorine is enough.
Yes. We register the technician with the gatehouse and respect internal hours and rules. If the subdivision requires supplier insurance or identification, we provide it. It's routine paperwork for us in this area.
In the Caribbean climate a weekly visit is the right cadence. The heat burns off chlorine and the jungle dirties the water fast; without weekly maintenance a pool turns green in a matter of days.
