In Región 4 we find many pools built in stages, without a complete hydraulic design: mixed pipe diameters, surplus elbows and long runs. Every elbow and every reduction costs flow, and a pump that's adequate on paper ends up moving considerably less water than it should.
Here the owner usually thinks they need a bigger pump when what they really have is pressure loss in the piping. Fitting a larger pump onto poorly resolved hydraulics only raises the electricity bill and strains the system. We measure actual flow before recommending any spend.

Rarely. In Región 4 the problem is almost always pressure loss from badly resolved piping, not a lack of power. A bigger pump on those hydraulics raises electricity consumption and doesn't improve filtration. We measure actual flow at the discharge and with that figure tell you whether it's piping, filter or genuinely the pump.
Yes, in testing frequency. A pool shared by several tenants sees constant use all year, not seasonal. We recommend a weekly visit with testing and, if usage is heavy, leaving a calibrated floating dispenser to hold the residual between visits.
Yes. We do a deep clean with shock treatment and continuous filtering until it's crystal clear, usually in 2 to 4 days depending on its condition.
