Family housing and apartments, with 10 to 20 m³ courtyard pools. $1,500 MXN/month.
A residential neighborhood on the west side with enclosed plots, high walls and interior courtyards; little traffic and a neighbourly feel.
Región 11 has many pools in enclosed courtyards, between high walls and with little air movement. That reduces evaporation but also reduces exchange: the water heats up and sits still, and in still warm water algae start from the corners and the joints.
In enclosed-courtyard pools the blind spots are the corners and the steps, where the return doesn't reach to move water. That's always where algae start. Systematic brushing of those zones at every visit makes more difference than any additional product.

Because the return doesn't move water at those points. In enclosed-courtyard pools like those in Región 11 there are dead zones where chlorine doesn't reach properly and algae settle in, protected by biofilm. It's corrected with systematic brushing of corners and steps at every visit, and by redirecting the return to generate circulation in that zone.
It's mixed. Less sun means less evaporation and less chlorine consumption from radiation, which helps. But it also means less air movement, stiller water and more humidity, which favour algae and biofilm. In shade we recommend more filtration hours, not fewer.
No. If the water isn't crystal clear we don't charge for that visit. That's our guarantee.
